Two programs, one mission — get you doing real robotics with real engineers. Both start June 1, 2026.
Week 1
Robot Hardware & Robot Programming
Deep dive into robotic arm hardware — actuators, sensors, end-effectors, and control electronics. Hands-on programming fundamentals: Python for robotics, control loops, and working with Orangewood's hardware platform.
Week 2
Software ROS & AI in Robotics / RoboGPT
Full immersion in ROS 2 — nodes, topics, transforms, URDF, and Gazebo simulation. Then AI integration: computer vision with OpenCV, object detection, motion planning, and a live demo of Orangewood's RoboGPT platform.
Week 3
Industry project + demo day + hiring day
Build and deploy a real industry project on Orangewood's robotic arms. Present to the engineering team and partner companies. Receive your internship certificate and connect with potential employers.
